Things to do during your stay at West Farm
There are a variety of things to do during your stay at West Farm, both on the farm itself and in the surrounding area.
Go for a walk around our lake.
Visit our variety of farm animals (see 'The Animals' page for further pictures).
Feed the ducks.
Play in the children's den (The Old Shepherd's Hut).
Crane Valley Golf Course is next door to the farm with 9 and 18 hole courses, driving range and club house.
Verwood is less than a mile away with a variety of shops and plenty of places to eat.
We are on the edge of the Cranborne Chase and there are many lovely walks in the locality including scenic walks from West Farm along footpaths and country lanes or if you want to get out and about then we are perfectly situated for touring Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire. Places to visit include the New Forest, historic Salisbury, Hardy's Wessex and the large resorts of Bournemouth and Poole for shops, shows and miles of sandy beaches.
